My skin reacted. What should I do?

Stop using the product and wash it off. If your skin doesn't settle, see a pharmacist or doctor. If your face, lips or throat swell or you have trouble breathing, call your local emergency number (911 in the US, 999 in the UK) straight away.

Then email contact@penroseskin.com with "Skin reaction" in the subject line, your order number, the scent and a photo of the batch code printed on the jar. We don't need photos of your skin.
