Every order placed on penroseskin.com, or with our store in the Shop app, is sold by Penrose Skin Inc. Some other websites and Shop app stores copy our name, scent names and photos, and we can't refund or replace an order placed with them.
- If we can't find your order with its order number and the email you used, it isn't one of ours.
- Check the seller's name on your card or bank statement.
- If another store charged you, contact that seller, or your bank to dispute the charge.
