Every order ships within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays), unless a later ship date was shown when you ordered, and is then delivered in an estimated 5 to 10 business days, usually quicker. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Check your spam and promotions folders, or look it up on our tracking page with your order number and email.
- If we can't ship on time, for example because a scent is out of stock, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
